[align=center]I thought the original version of Blackstar Dragon was to powerful so I kind of edited the effect and added a couple more.

This card is mainly to be used for my Fan Fic Yugioh D-City

 

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monster

If you use 3 or more monsters to Synchro Summon this card, draw 1 card. When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, gain Life Points equal to half of that monster's original ATK. Once per turn, you can pay 500 Life Points to destroy 1 monster your opponent controls. When your opponent controls only 1 monster, you both can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your Graveyard.[/align]

500 LP for ANY monster your opponent controls is too cheap

 

I'd make it 1000 LP instead, and the monster your opponent controls has to be face up

 

last effect should only be limited to once per turn for the special summoning anyway

The effect overall is good, but a bit op even for a lvl8 synchro. As the above users said, you should increase cost.
