First Cards, are they over powered?

Hey there, I'm a newbie.

I wanted to make some uber-dragons of doom, but I'm not sure if I balanced they pros with the cons correctly. Also, I'm not sure if my OCG or whatever is quite up to scratch. Help a newbie out?

This monster cannot be Normal Summoned. This monster must be Special Summoned by sending 10 DARK monsters to your Graveyard.

By sending DARK monsters to your Graveyard, this monster will gain 500 ATK points for every monster sacrificed. If a DARK monster of yours on the field is destroyed, this monster gains 700 ATK points for every monster destroyed. However, if this monster gains +9000 ATK points, it must be placed in DEF mode until it is destroyed.

Don't use picture of cards that already exist. And do not use picture that have been used over 9000 times.
