Very nice card IMO the last sentence doesn't feel right like it should be worded differently.... anyway the effect flows nicely and I like the(I know were you got it lol).

although it's hard to summon, the burn effect should still have some sort of restrictions to it

 

basically you should have said like a lv7 or higher monster it will only burn for half the atk, but lv6 or lower will burn for ALL of the atk

 

"Afterward, toss a coin and call Heads or Tails." <-----here you only have to said toss a coin a call it. The reason you don't have to say heads or tails is because you said if you called it right or not and that's it.
