Umm not really sure about the OCG but it doesn't really seem right to me just saying but it's a good card why didn't you just post this in your Archetype thread

I have been wondering that myself. I wanted to see if the cards for the set would be a bigger hit together or induivualy. anyway I will keep my promise. +1.

OCG correction (If I'm wrong, correct).

"This card can attack all monsters on your opponent's side of the field during the same Battle Phase".

 

Simple and Op'ed effect for a Level 4 monster, add drawbacks, decrease his ATK to 1700 or something like... the picture it's okay it could be better.

 

EDIT: rate: 6/10 but If you change somethings, I'll change the rate.

attacking all your opponent's monsters is just fine

 

the 1900 atk won't be of much use against your opponent's lv5 or higher monsters anyway. But you need to put it the drawback of if you activate that effect, then you can't attack your opponent directly this turn
