Amazoness Andromache

1 Tuner + 1 or more "Amazoness" or "Amazon Archer" non-Tuner monsters

All face-up "Amazoness" monsters you control gain 200 ATK for each "Amazoness" monster or "Amazon Archer" in your Graveyard. By removing from play 2 "Amazoness" monsters or "Amazon Archer(s)" in your Graveyard when your opponent activates a card with the effect that would destroy 1 or more monster(s) on the field, negate the activation of that card and destroy it.

 

Desperate Amazoness

Activate only if the 1 and only monster on your side of the field is an "Amazoness" monster. That monster cannot be destroyed by battle, and is unaffected by Spell or Trap Cards.

for Desperate Amazoness, you need to add "as long as this card is face up on the field" at the end of the sentence

 

for Andromache, given you're losing 2 monsters for an effect negation, I guess it's ok to do that more than once per turn
