"Trolling" in technically means to (typically) take an extreme stance on an issue (of which you either do not agree with, know nothing about, or couldn't care less about), and argue about it vehemently, trying to get a rise out of the ones who legitimately care. This can be expanded to generally provoking anyone on the internet.

 

The best trolls are the ones you think are serious when they say the sheet they say.
