Here's my first ever LV2 Synchro,and i hope you like it.Here it is:

Lore:1 Tuner + 1 Non-Tuner Monster

 

Once per turn,you can discard 3 Monster cards from your hand to your Graveyard and Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from your hand,Deck or Graveyard.The Special Summoned Monster has his ATK and DEF halved,and it isn't affected by your opponent's card effects.When this card is destroyed and removed from the field,destroy the Special Summoned Monster.When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard,you can Special Summon 1 "KaibaMan".

interesting to see a Kaibaman support, though I'm unsure if this is even a good idea for blue eyes support

You don't need a skip between the Summoning Requirements and the Card Effect. Spaces should come after commas and periods.

 

2 Star Synchro? You need two Level 1 Monsters to summon it.

 

Underpowered, no doubt. Tribute 3 Monsters for a Level 8 monster with 1500 ATK and 1250 DEF while you can Summon it by releasing 2 Monsters for 3000 ATK and 2500 DEF. Unaffected by cards. When a Level 2 with 100 ATK and DEF is destroyed, so is BEWD.

I love the card pic and name but it needs to be more powerful. Take out the "att/def are halved" and make it so you pay 1000 life points or send 5 Dragons from your deck to the grave
