I would think it it is slightly overpowered, it would be killer in GB decks i would perhaps change the ATK and DEF increase to like 2000

well..you gotta Tribute 2 monsters, to summon a 200 ATK monster.

i guess that explains the high ATK - increase..^^

It´s really unique, but how will you do the "2 Spell or Trap cards from your hand to destroy 2 random cards your opponent controls" part? It´s possible to choose random from the hand of your opponent, but on the field..?

Yeah... the fact you really have to tribute 2 monsters for a max level 6 monster is okay, even if this beast returns with greater strenght ;)
