Effect:

I like short effects more than ultra-large-scale-assault-effects ^^ And yours is really simple, but okay... if i were you i would have made it 500. And its a wonderfull idea to create a trap immune monster ;)

Balancing:

Without dragons it´s weak, but together with trap immunitiy its okay. (And who cares about little ATK if there are nice cards like "Axe of Dispair" or "Malevolent Nuzzler"?)

Pics kinda bad. And the name is ok.

OCg fix: This card gains 300 ATK for each Dragon-Type monster on the field. This card is uneffected by the effect of Trap Cards.

Looks suspiciously a lot like Botanical Lion.

Seems ballanced enough.
