Mybb parse error, unexpected T_STRING

Im going through the Mybb Installation process and every time I try to continue with the Table Creation I get this error:

 

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\Kami's Lookout\inc\config.php on line 11

 

I don't know what that means. I checked the folder but there's nothing that can be changed. Help...

I believe its Phpmyadmin.

If you use your real email, almost every time they will ask for confirmation and will send you all those details to the email you provided.

What site provider are you using? Usually the cp, moderator, and admin cp come with it. My bf's site did. .webs doesn't have one. freeforum has one but it's confusing. Viviti is an a$$ to use.
