Lore:

This card is unaffected by the effects of Trap Cards. You can tribute 1 monster you control to destroy 1 Spell or Trap card your opponent controls. During each of your Main Phases, increase this cards Level by 1 (max 10). This card gains ATK and DEF equal to it's Level x 400. When this card is destroyed by battle, you can add 1 "Dark Magician Girl" from your Deck to your hand.

This reminded me of Fortune Ladies,which is my fav. archetype :D Effect seems pretty good,change that destroy s/t to once per turn as someone said before. 8.5/10

It does since you get rid of a monster while your opponent get rid of a Spell/Trap. That's to high cost actually, It would be more balanced if you destroy a Spell/Trap

It's wayyy to O'PED, it can have 4000 ATK, Attack your opponent, and then you can Tribute a card to stop your opponent from playing a smashing ground or hammer shot, and its not even affected by Trap cards.

I like it AquaMaster. I'm a big time Dark Magician user and I have to say that it looks really good. Although Adogadog8 is right I'm afraid. I believe that if you make the max level it can have lower like lets say, I don't know, 6 or 7 then maybe it would be a little more balanced out. But other that that, nice card, and pic too.

If max level is 6 or 7 it would be OPed but not if it can be a level 10!

 

The effect fit's for a level 10 monster not for a 7 it's to OPed for just level 7

It looks all right, but the name is not OCG, it would be best to use Young Dark Magician Girl.

 

And fix its effect it should be

Removing a spell/trap card is to OP because its unaffected by trap cards anyways. Its max ATK and deff is 4400 because its already at 1 star and 10+1=11 and 11X400=4400

 

anyways I would rate it 9.9/10, perfect for a spellcaster/Dark Magician Deck. I would use it if it where real

The name cant have ocg errors. The effect is not destroy a monster your opponent controls it's a Spell/Trap card and it can be used 4 times a turn. It's still not OPed even if you can destroy 4 Spell/Trap Cards, since you lose a monster for each card destroyed. Plus your opponent may have some monsters who would kick this cards butt. This card can attack if you use this cards effect. But thanks for rate

Searching DMG to hand is probably not all that useful, maybe another effect would be better
