all this has is really just an atk determing effect and boosting other monsters you control

 

and 400* their level is just too much. You can have a Dark Magician of Chaos, that's a lv8 monster, with 2800 base atk. Now you're going to boost its atk by another 3200?

 

This makes it WAY too easy for OTKs
