There can only be 1 face-up "Earthbound Immortal" monster on the field. If there is no face-up Field Spell Card on the field, destroy this card. Your opponent cannot select this card as an attack target. This card can attack your opponent directly. During each of your Standby and End Phases, you can place 1 "Polinesus" counter on this card. Once per turn you can remove any number of counters from this card to inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of counters removed this way X 500.

 

All face up Insect-type monsters you control are not effected by the effects of trap cards. Once per turn you can remove any number of "Polinesus" counter(s) from your side of the field. If you do, your opponent must discard card(s) from there hand Graveyard equal to the number of counters removed this way.

Pics don't realy matter as long as there a good efect behind them don't you think?

I don't realy see OCG errrors so a solid 9/10

you also need a counter limit on the EI card

 

though it appears the OCG is fine, I'll give the two cards 8.2/10
