Balanced monster with 9000 ATK Points!!!

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 1 FIRE, WIND, WATER, and EARTH monster in your Graveyard from play and paying 2000 Life Points. This monster cannot attack your opponent's Life Points directly or change its Battle Position except by this card's effect. This monster's effects cannot be negated. Any equip card that is equipped to this card is instantly destroyed. Any battle damage this card inflicts to your opponent's Life Points is halved. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points. If this card attacks, it is changed to Defense Position at the end of the Damage Step. This card's Attribute is also treated as EARTH, WIND, and WATER.

 

You can't use plural after any and I think any is more correct than all before battle damage.

The thing is that a monster with 5000+ ATK can't be balanced there is too many ways to abuse it:

Mystic Wok after it goes to DEF, or Ring of Destruction with a LP defender card. Idk, maybe Spam using Sirocco's effect with a Bora on the field.

(And I made up these in 5 secs, if they release this card other players will fuóind far better methods)

You see this card alone would be balanced but there exists card combinations in wich people can abuse it so it will make a direct way to the Ban List. Also since FGD and DKM, the first cards to have 5K ATK, was released in the early sets, there hasn't been any with more than that, it is pretty obvious that Konami has decided not to add any monster with more than 5K ATK such it is almost an unwritten rule.

 

Oh and I am not sure wether Skill Drain or this card is superior in negating but I suppose since you defend it so much you are pretty certain that it is this cards, which is my bet, too, so I leave it at that.

However, before you posted how this card could be Normal Summoned, when there is Skill Drain on the field but that is not true, Skill Drain only negates the effects on the field. (or did someone else said that? sorry then)

Heh. At least I tried. ^^; ROD is banned but people still use it in casual playing so... yeah thats a game draw right there.
