you really dont need the last effect, cuz yea o.o, it is op[over powered] you should give it summoning conditions and change the level to 8

you misspelled Fiend in the type

 

last effect is not needed. Each monster can only attack once per turn unless a card effect makes them do otherwise

 

I'd take out the burn effect and make it something else, that's what makes this OPed

That monster cannot be destroyed by battle and if it would be destroyed by card effects, inflict damage to your opponent instead. Now your opponent can only remove it from play, way too Overpowered.
