Jandase Apep
Today is my Mom's birthday, so I waked a cake and made frosting. The cake came out too dry and the frosting to buttery. Booya. Then I watched an Egypt movie which got me in the Yugioh mood, and now I'm watching Recyle, that Japanese horror about a novelist. I've been very anti-writy this past two years. I use to write every single day. I still have the urge to. Maybe this'll push me where I need to be. It's all in Japanese :B ....anywho, anyone seen any good horror movies lately?....anyone bake a cake?...Or roleplay yu-gi-oh? :P

-Griffin
I dislike horror movies. I don't mind the concept of them, but I have never seen one that seriously scares me. "Horror" movies rarely do anything other than make me jump, they're practically jokes with the amount of cliches they often fill, and I find no lasting value in them. Just making me jump isn't enough IMO, although there are probably good ones I haven't heard of.
Jandase Apep
Was your cake moist...In America? I have Netflix on the Xbox dohicky, so I have tons of horror movies. Its my favorite genre, but its true about them. Cliche is so horror anymore, but Recyle is good so far. :3 I have high hopes for it. I watched Tooth Fairy today, the scary one. That movie was adorable!

I must recommend The Wicker Man to you - the original one with Christopher Lee. It is a horror movie without a single "scare" (read: thing designed to make you jump), and is fantastic. Donquixote Doflamingo
Horror Movies are my favourite. Best ones for me are A nightmare on elm street.
Maghion Syaoran Light
I remembered when my mother returned from the movies scared to death after watching The Strangers. I thought that would finally be the horror movie that will scare me sh_tless, so when it came out, my brother and I rented that movie and watched it in the middle of the night with all the lights off.-_- We laughed more than we jumped. There was only two scenes that made us jump. every other scenes that was supposed to be scary made us laugh. Dissapointed My favorite Horror movie is Silent Hill. It is not so scary and i did not even jump throughout the movie but i like the story line and I am a big Silent Hill fan. What kills me about the movie is the fact that they just threw the Pyramid Head in there with no explanations. There is a reason why He is in the video game series. And on top of that, he should not appear in the first movie! Anyways, Silent Hill is my fav and The Strangers is a comedy disguised as a horror movie. Jandase Apep
The Wicker Man!? Did someone just recommend the Wicker Man?! With Nicholas Cage!!?? Oh, God, the BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESS AAAAUGHBAAAgb *reads the rest of the post* Oh, oh yeah :3 The original one is awesome. I recommend the original House on Haunted Hill, the the remake-director's cut. Nightmare on Elm Street is one of my faves too. Horror movies are just so watchable! For any holiday and any occasion. Stranger's was okay. I felt that I've seen something like it before though, I couldn't put my finger on it. I love Silent Hill :B The movie didn't do the games justice. I hear they're doing a sequel, I make squeak noises in excitement!! A new Hellraiser is coming out!! :0 To the PMs I go!
Saturn of Elemia
Meh, horror movies don't do anything for me. For the most part, they're incredibly predictable and only rely on cheap tricks to get you to jump. ALTHOUGH I do prefer zombie movies.
