Hmm.. not so sure about the Tuner+Tuner deal but i think that go against the Synchro Summoning Rules not sure but effect is simple and Solid and not OPed good job 7/10

boring effect, all it has is an atk determining effect basically.

 

The immunity to be destroyed in battle isn't powerful enough for a synchro, add another effect
