CARLCGL
Once per turn, you can select 1 monster on the field and change its type. Trap cards you control are not affected by "Royal Decree" in your control.
T3RA PROWL3R
Honestly got nothing bad to say. Pics are good (Changing Habits creeps me out tho; Looks more like a "Handsome Fish" monster card to me), the effects can be useful, and they don't do anything to make anybody worry too much. 7/10. NightGuardian1764
We already have "Amplifier" to equip to "Jinzo" to make your trap cards immune to Jinzo's effect. But, this is another Support Card for "Royal Decree", Right? Wow, that card works easily than "Amplifier"
T3RA PROWL3R
Well, thats cuz you have to Summon and equip Jinzo. Less cards are wasted with this new card.
ragnarok1945
WAY too basic effects 1st one is basically just like DNA surgery anyway so I'll give them 5/

~Shin~
Nothing special. Changing Habits pic is not that good U can find a better one, the effect can be realy useful with some cards like "Insect Princess" or "Buster Blader". Royal Privileges has a good pic but the effect is sort of op because u will make your opponents trap worthless just by playing it on the field with "Royal Decree" while your traps are not, maybe if U add a charge for the effect like dicarding or paying life point... or it could give your opponents some sort of allowance.SO, my rate is 7.5/
