Once per turn, during your Standby Phase you can return 1 card from your hand to the Deck to draw 1 card. If that card is the same type of card you returned to the Deck, add it to your hand. If not, it is sent to the Graveyard.

I´m not the best at OCG, but here is my try:

 

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

Once per turn, during your Standby Phase you can return 1 card from your hand to the Deck and draw 1 card. If that card has the same card type like the card you returned to your Deck, add it to your hand. If not, send it to the Graveyard.

 

The effect looks a bit UPed, because it has the same effect like "card trader", so you have to change it.

Its pretty awesome but what do you mean type there can be the type of card (spell, Trap or Monster)

or (LIGHT, DARK, EARTH, FIRE, WATER or WIND) or attribute (Fiend, Dinosaur, Insect, ect...)

 

Cool picture sort of like a cave rune of simple line painting I would give it a 8/10

Card type obviously means Spell, Trap or monster but you might add (Monster, Spell or Trap) to the end, the above OCG correction seems fine, just change like "the" to "as", "has" to "is".

You might want to add an addittional effect or lower the star level with 1, and personally I like the picture a lot.
