You, the reader of this post, person that is sit in front of the computer, online at YCM, or Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Maker, need to find a good picture, make an effect for it, give it good stats, make it balanced, click on the card, get the code, and post here.

 

Resuming:

Make a Card and post it. The best will win. Simple as that.

This card cannot be Special Summoned.As long as this card is on the field DARK monsters cannot be Summoned.When a LIGHT monster is Summoned select 1 monster on your side of the field.Inflict 200x points of damage for each level that monster had.Increase your Life Points by half the ammount of the damage inflicted to your opponent.

Lore: The first time this card is Normal Summoned it requires 3 Tributes. This card can be Special Summoned from your hand if there are 5 or more DARK Monster Cards in your Graveyard. When this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned your opponent Draws 1 card and can Set 1 Spell or Trap Card from their hand. Neither player can Special Summon monsters. This card loses 300 ATK and DEF for every card in your opponent's Spell and Trap card zone. Activate the following effects based on this card's ATK:

2700: This card is unaffected by Spell and Trap cards.

2400: Normal Summon 1 DARK monster from your Graveyard.

2100-: This card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard. If this effect is activated, this card comes back to your hand during your 2nd Standby Phase after activation.
