Ok. First of all, name your Thread after a card or set of cards in the thread. Don't just call it "Stuff". Less and less people take you seriously, so you don't get as many posts and views as you usually would.

 

Fixed OCG:

If you control at least 1 monster, destroy all Leve 5 or lower monsters on the field.

 

I think you should change it to:

This card can only be activated if both players control a face-up Level 5 or higher monster on their side of the field. Destroy all Level 4 or lower monsters on the field. Skip your next Draw Phase.

 

That would make it more balanced and fair, because you could wipe out your opponent's field, and you could have your side of the field could be filled with Level 7/8 Dragons, or some other high-stat monsters.

 

Overall, 4/10 for concept. If you would change it to a better and more balanced effect like the one I gave you, I would rate higher.
