Looked through some image archives, saw an image, got an idea, and *Poof* a card appeared!

 

 

Lore:

1 LIGHT Tuner + 1 or more LIGHT non-Tuner monsters

This card cannot be destroyed by battle. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all other monsters on your field cannot be declared an attack target. Once per turn, during your Battle Phase, toss a coin. Heads: End the Battle Phase. Your opponent cannot conduct their Battle Phase. Tails: Reduce the ATK of all monsters on the field to 0 (except this card). Battle damage inflicted by this card is halved.

Interesting effect. Good OCG, pretty nice pic, 9/10. It might be a tad bit broken, but that's fine. Its not like theres nothing in yugioh thats not broken.

 

Also, interestingly enough, there aren't many light tuners (When Chaos-End Master, Hyper Synchron, and Road Synchrons are the best, you know somethings not right) in the TCG atm that are widely used, although thats going to change soon.
