Anbu-of-Sand
Well I made an Archetype called Tiki's. You don't have to read this part but you can if you want. Tiki's are an archetype that rely on "Tiki Counters" to trigger their effects. a "Tiki Counter" is made when a "Tiki" monster would destroy another monster by battle. If a "Tiki" monster would be destroyed, they can remove a "Tiki Counter" instead. I tried my best to have the pictures resemble each other somehow. [spoiler=Tiki - Bashful Brute][spoiler=Lore:]When this card destroys a monster by battle, place 1 "Tiki Counter" on this card. If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 2 "Tiki Counters" instead, then decrease your Life Points by 400. Once per turn,if a "Tiki" monster other then this card would be selected as an attack target, you can remove 1 "Tiki Counter" from this card to negate the attack. [spoiler=Tiki - Claw Clash][spoiler=Lore:]When this card destroys a monster by battle, place 1 "Tiki Counter" on this card. If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 2 "Tiki Counters" instead, then decrease your Life Points by 400. If this card declares an attack on a face-down or defense position monster, you can remove 2 "Tiki Counters" from this card to destroy the monster with this effect, without applying damage calculation. [spoiler=Tiki - Hammer Holder][spoiler=Lore:]When this card destroys a monster by battle, place 1 "Tiki Counter" on this card. This card gains 100 ATK every "Tiki Counter" on it. If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 1 "Tiki Counter" instead, then decrease your Life Points by 200. You can remove 2 "Tiki Counters" from this card to destroy a monster on your opponent's side of the field with an ATK equal to or lower then this card. This card stops gaining "Tiki Counters" when it reaches 2200 ATK points. [spoiler=Tiki - Skilled Swordsman's Soul][spoiler=Lore:]When this card destroys a monster by battle, place 1 "Tiki Counter" on this card. (max.3). You can remove 3 "Tiki Counters" from this card to Special Summon 1 "Skilled Swordsman's Soul Token" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 5/ATK 2000/DEF 1300) in attack position on your side of the field, then decrease your Life Points by 600. These tokens cannot attack your opponent directly. [spoiler=Tiki - Spiritual Hands] [spoiler=Lore:]When this card is summoned, place 4 "Tiki Counters" on this card. This card gains 100 ATK and DEF for each "Tiki Counter" on it. You can remove 1 "Tiki Counter" on this card to Special Summon 1 "Spiritual Hand Token" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 1000/DEF 1000) in defense position on your side of the field. These tokens cannot change their battle position. If a face-up "Tiki" monster would remove a "Tiki Counter" from itself to use it's effect, you can tribute 1 "Spiritual Hand Token" instead. If a face-up "Tiki" monster would be declared as an attack target, you can switch the target to 1 "Spiritual Hand Token" instead. Damage calculation is not applied with a "Spiritual Hand Token". [spoiler=Tiki - Army of Anger][spoiler=Lore:]When this card is summoned, place 5 "Tiki Counters" on it. This card gains 100 ATK and DEF for each "Tiki Counter" on this card. During your End Phase, remove 1 "Tiki Counter" from this card. When you remove 1 "Tiki Counter" from this card, you can Special Summon 1 "Tiki Army Token" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 4/ATK 1500/DEF 1800) in defense position. These tokens cannot change their battle position. Once per turn, you can tribute 1 "Tiki Army Token" on the field to place 2 "Tiki Counters" on 1 "Tiki" monster on the field, then decrease your Life Points by 400. [spoiler=Tiki - Maniacal Chopper][spoiler=Lore:]Once per turn, when a "Tiki" monster is selected as an attack target, you can change the target to this monster. Every time you use this effect, place 3 "Tiki Counters" on this card. If this card would be destroyed by battle, you can remove 2 "Tiki Counters" instead, then decrease your Life Points by 400. If you would remove "Tiki Counter(s)" from another "Tiki" monster to use it's effect, you can remove the "Tiki Counters" from this card instead. [spoiler=Tiki - Dragon of Life and Death][spoiler=Lore:]When this card destroys a monster by battle, place 1 "Tiki Counters" on this card. If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 1 "Tiki Counter" instead, then decrease your Life Points by 200. Once per turn, you can remove 2 "Tiki Counters" from this card to destroy 1 Level 4 or lower monster on your opponents side of the field, and gain Life Points equal to the destroyed monsters ATK points. You cannot attack the turn you activate this effect. [spoiler=Tiki - The Newborn Creature][spoiler=Lore:]This card cannot be destroyed by battle (damage calculation is applied normally). This card cannot declare an attack. During each of your Standby Phases, place 1 "Tiki Counter" on this card (max.6). This card gains 200 ATK and DEF for each "Tiki Counter" on it. You can tribute this card to distribute "Tiki Counters" onto the field equal to the number of "Tiki Counters" on this card. [spoiler=Tiki - Vague Voodoo][spoiler=Lore:]As long as this card remains face-up on the field,"Tiki" monsters cannot be destroyed by battle (damage calculation is applied normally). During your End Phase, pay 400 Life Points or destroy this card. [spoiler=Tiki - Troublesome Tiki's][spoiler=Lore:]As long as this card remains face-up on the field,"Tiki" monsters cannot be destroyed by the effects of Spell or Trap cards. During your End Phase, pay 700 Life Points or destroy this card. [spoiler=Demented Dancing Tiki][spoiler=Lore]1 "Tiki" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersOnce per turn,if this card is declared as an attack target, you can negate that attack. Every time you negate an attack targeting this card by using this card's effect, increase this card's ATK by 200 and place 2 "Tiki Counters" on any "Tiki" monster(s) on the field, then decrease your Life Points by 400. This card stops gaining ATK when it reaches 2600,but can still place 2 "Tiki Counters" on the field when it negates an attack with it's effect. When this card is destroyed, add 1 Level 3 or lower "Tiki" monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. [spoiler=Giant Tiki Elder][spoiler=Lore:]1 "Tiki" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersWhen a "Tiki" monster destroys a monster by battle,it gains an additional "Tiki" counter. When this card destroys a monster by battle, place 1 "Tiki Counter" on this card. You can remove 2 counters from this card to destroy up to 2 cards on your opponents side of the field. When you use this effect, remove 1 "Tiki Counter" from each "Tiki" monster on the field and decrease your Life Points by 200 for each "Tiki Counter" removed this way. [spoiler=Supreme Tiki Statue][spoiler=Lore]1 "Tiki" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersWhen this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy cards on the field equal to the number of "Tiki" monsters on the field. You cannot attack the turn this card was Synchro Summoned and decrease your Life Points by 500 for each card destroyed. Once per turn, you can tribute 1 "Tiki" monster you control to destroy 1 card on the field, then decrease your Life Points by 100 x the Level of the tributed "Tiki" monster. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects. During your End Phase, place 2 "Tiki Counters" on 1 face-up "Tiki" monster you control. During your End Phase, decrease your Life Points by 500 or destroy this card. During your opponents Standby Phase,if this card would be in face-up defense position, your opponent gains 1300 Life Points. [spoiler=Floating Chamber of the Tiki's][spoiler=Lore:]During each of your Standby Phases, place 3 "Tiki Counters" on each face-up "Tiki" monster on the field, then decrease your Life Points by 100 for each "Tiki" monster on the field. Every time a "Tiki" monster removes a counter from itself, place it onto here. When this card is destroyed, distribute the "Tiki Counters" on this card onto other "Tiki" monsters on the field and gain 400 Life Points for each "Tiki Counter" that was on this card when it was destroyed. Image Credit to Jazin Kay. I tried my best to make them as balanced as possible. Sorry if I did not succeed and some of them are somewhat OP'd. But anywho, please rate and fix anything that needs fixing :) I will add more cards when I find images that would fit with the Archetype...xP If they are OP'd,I was thinking of giving them all a similar drawback, when they remove a "Tiki Counter" from their self, you would decrease your Life Points by 200-500. Should I add this drawback? And if so,how much LP should it cost in between 200-500?
FSBolthof
IT IS ALL WAY TOO OP'ed. It is almost impossible to destroy them. At least remove 3 counters to stop destruction. Way too high attack for the cards, originally or by effect (not so much 1900 and 1800). Way too good effecst, at least give some massive drawback. That statue has WAY TOO HIGH DEF. CHANGE THE EFFECTS.Like the pics very much though. Some OCG errors5/10 (because it is way too Op'ed) If you change all this, you should make some more Spell and Trap cards.I like the idea, but it isn't put well together. Elementalist111
I agree with FSBolthof. The monsters are Overpowered for sure, and some of the tiki monsters have too much ATK and DEF. An idea for a massive drawback would probably be something like, Ko'aki Meirus, where you have to reveal something, or you can just create your own effect.so, 7/10 (the pics are nice)Also, maybe the tikis should all be rocks... FSBolthof
Good that you are changing the cards :-), very proffesional. I should make 3 Tiki Counters to block an attack with no damage to your Life Points. Here are the OCG errors (following by card) (sometimes you forget a space after a comma)2. Defense Position3. for every (I don't know how stops gaining should be, it doesn't sound good), 2200 ATK4. Attack Position, (I should use each time) (token is too strong)5. Summoned (2 "Tiki Counters" and lower the token and apply Damage Calculation (instead)). Once per turn (add)6. Defense Position (too high token and once per turn)7. 1 "Tiki Counter"8. 3 "Tiki Counters" for destroying a monster9. Give 1 "Tike Counter" each time it attacks or is attacked (he should be able to attack)10. I should change ATK and DEF (make ATK 1200) and give the effect of raising all "Tike" monsters ATK by 30011. No errrors12. Make it: Once in a duel you can block a attack.13. Remove 4 "Tiki Counters" and leave the rest behind it. (maybe level 8)14. Make it low ATK, DEF 2600, distribute 1 "Tiki Counter" per turn. Raise its Def by 200 or 100 for each "Tiki Counter" on the field. Leave the rest.15. Just put all removed "Tiki Counters" on it and gain 400 Life Points for every "Tiki Counter" when this card is removed from the field. That was it. You should make some more Spell and Trap Cards and make a card wich gives 3 or 2 "Tiki Counters" to a "Tiki" monster.
Anbu-of-Sand
Bump. I added drawbacks. Some of them have to remove more then 1 Counter now and when they remove a counter to save themselves, you would lose 200 or 400 LP.
Adogadog8
I still think they're a littel overpowered, but the cards look good and the names match the effects and pictures.9.5/10 Good Cards!
Gawd of Spell
OCG errors your cards could never be killed if i played with them 8/10 nice pics
ProSora
some have ocg errors, most are minorgreat pics, though you did add drawbacks some are still op8/
Anbu-of-Sand
Thank you everyone. If I would change the drawback, how 'bout each time they remove a counter to save themselves from being destroyed, the user loses 300 LP per counter? If you don't get it,here's an example. Bashful Brute has 4 countersLightning Vortex is activated-2 Counters for Brute, now has 2 counters, lose 600 LP Would this be a more acceptable drawback? ragnarok1945
the ones with token effects you need to have restrictions on the tokens most of the effects are on the OPed end, they seem a little too hard to destroy OCG wise it does look reasonable however, so I'll give this set 8/
