The Little Star, underneath you're 'name' and 'member title' is a Level. You have to post a Certain Number of Posts in order to get a new level. And Points is for how many times you've posted I think. >_>

 

And If I remember correctly someone on this forum has, what your looking for anyway. I forget who though.

Another Big Update.. I have officially finished the Soviet Forces. I think, If I have missed any of the Units in Red Alert 2 just tell me I will get back on it anyway.

This officially concludes, the Soviet Vs Allies Sub-Set. Now you can 'post' what you think of it while I think about different things. This has been a hassle really but I don't mind hassles. Oh yeah I forgot something.

 

[align=center]Conscript

When this card is destroyed by Battle, you can put 3 Conscript tokens (Level 4/Earth/Warrior/ATK 1800/DEF 1600) on the field in face-up defensive position. You cannot sacrifice the Conscript tokens for Tribute Summon. If this card is Tribute, it counts as 2 monsters if the monster that is using this card as a Tribute has to be a Warrior-type monster.

 

Terror Drone

When this card is Normal Summoned successfully, you have to put it on your opponent's side of the Field. When your opponent Normal Summon any other Machine-type monsters or Warrior-type monsters is instantly destroyed and sent to the Graveyard. Your opponent has to discard 1 card to increase his Life Points by 400 per monster card that is destroyed by this monster card effect.

 

War Miner

This card can only be Special Summoned by the Effect of "Ore Refinery (Soviet)". When this card is Special Summoned successfully, you may remove 2 cards in your opponent's Graveyard from the Game that is a Warrior-type monster. This card cannot attack your opponent's Life Points Directly. Discard 1 card to switch it's attack and Defense with another card on your Field that is weaker than this card in combined strength of Attack and Defense, For 3 Turns as long as this card is Face-up in attack mode.

 

Demolition Truck (Libya)

This card can only be Ritual Summoned by "Nuclear Weapons Crate". When this is Special Summoned by that way, you can remove all monsters on the Field expect this card for 5 turns, when the 5 turns is up you put them in the opposite positions from when they were Removed from Play. You must pay 500 Life Points to keep this card on the Field if it was destroyed by Battle. If this card is destroyed by a effect of a Monster and/or Trap or Spell card, Both Players must Restart the Duel and reshuffle their decks but both players can keep their Fields intact but they must not Summon or Tribute, or Activate any of the Cards on the Field for 3 turns, All Life Points lost during the Duel is regained and both players start at 10,000 Life Points instead of 4,000 or 8,000 Life Points. This card cannot attack your opponent's Life Points directly.

 

Nuclear Weapons Crate

This card is used to Ritual Summon, Demolition Truck (Libya). You can sacrifice as many monsters as possible if they are equal to 12 or more stars to Ritual Summon Demolition Truck (Libya). When it is Special Summoned to the Field, you can pick one of these options.

*Put Nuclear Weapons Crate on the Bottom of your Deck by paying 1000 Life Points.

*Remove 2 monsters from your opponent's Graveyard that is a Warrior-type monster, by paying 1000 Life Points.

*Remove this card from the Game, at the End of your Turn by paying 1000 Life Points.[/align]

I have to say Holy... You did quite an amazing job. I can't believe people could only recommend the pictures. I say, the pictures deserve a 10 from me. Because one, there no where else you could find a better looking vision then them, and he did his best, all work is not wasted my friend. Overall Effect is so very usable, as not only there are so many cards, there is also quite alot of support. Set follow? Beautiful. And playability, very high, can maybe even drive some tier 1 decks mad. Only note, that i ever have to make, is just OCG. But, i do not rate on that, and heck, i wont even consider it.

lol, I didn't really see a mistake on your most recent post. A Fan Fiction, might be coming on this forum, when I get 'the plot' in my head anyway. That'll take awhile anyway.

 

The Nuclear Missile, Nuclear Reactor & Demo Truck.. Would really annoy anyone if they were Ritual Summoned successfully. It would make the Duel Last longer than it has to be, the Soviets is the Out lasters while the Allies is mainly sneaky buggers. That's in the game anyway, but in a couple of campaigns, the Soviets had to be the sneaky buggers.

Rant Start

Erm, have you played 'Red Alert 2?'

 

If you haven't then you really should, Because these cards is made from A GAME. And all you did, was look at the "Pictures" and not the funking Effects.... You sadden me. Truly you do..

 

And you call your Cards good. If they was good they wouldn't be so freaking over powered.

 

Pixel Games, can't really be changed and I don't think there's any better Pictures than these anyway. This is a First time thing, 'Also' another thing I don't think any of these things exist in REAL LIFE if they did they would be underground and never shown to the Public because both sides don't want to show off sheet that shouldn't exist in the first place. Prism Towers, Prism Tanks, Mirage Tanks, and the Apocalypse Atomic Tanks. I know the Kirov probably would exist but I don't think so.. It'll probably cost a lot of money to make a Blimp into a HEAVILY ARMED Aircraft that drops probably 24 ton Bombs onto Buildings, and in real life those things would explode easily. If the RL Terrorists got a hold of these weapons & Technology they would be like the BROTHERHOOD OF NOD, oh sh!t.

 

They would probably over kill us without even trying.... So it's a good thing these Don't Exist we would probably be all ruling under Osama Bin Laden.

Ha ha! thats funny, I was actually planning to do something like this in the distant future after I finished my Xenomorph set but you beat me to it. Although I couldn't have done it better myself. The effects are well thought out and I know you couldn't do anything about the images. All in all: 9/10, good job.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. You must sacrifice these cards that is on your Field and in your Graveyard to Normal Summon it in face-up ATK or face-up DEF mode, Holy Ragnarök Enigma, Unholy, and 3 machine-type monsters of Level 5 or higher. You may discard 1 card from your Hand, to make this card unaffected by a certain cards, if you discard a Trap card from your hand this card is unaffected by Trap Cards, if you discard a Spell card from your hand this card is unaffected by Spell Cards, if you discard a Monster card from your hand this card is unaffected by monster effects. There is only 2 cards that can affect this card if it has activated the Spell or Trap card unaffected effect and they are "Dark Implosion" and "Dark Nova Attack". When Dark Implosion counters is put on this card you may increase this card's ATK by 100 per Dark Implosion counter, you may remove 2 Dark Implosion Counter to put all monsters on your opponent's Field in face-down defense mode and they cannot change their position as long as this card is in face-up ATK mode. When you have 0 Dark Implosion counters on this card, you must destroy this card. This card starts with 15 Dark Implosion counters. (Dark Implosion counter limit is infinity.)

This card cannot be destroyed by Battle, you must pay 1000 Life Points to keep this card on the Field if it was over powered by a card on your opponent's side of the Field.

Here's a couple of options to replenish your Dark Implosion counters.

*Pay half your Life Points to put 10 Dark Implosion Counters on this card.

*Discard the top 10 cards from your Deck to put 5 Dark Implosion counters on this card.

*Discard your entire hand to place 3 Dark Implosion counters on this card.

*Remove X amount of monsters in your Graveyard to put X amount of Dark Implosion Counters on this card.

*Half the ATK and DEF of this card, to put 6 Dark Implosion Counters on this card.[/align]

 

It's not overpowered like it was, It was a lot more overpowered last time. This is harder to summon now anyway. If you don't have any 'Machine-type monsters' in your Deck at all, you can't summon this.

This officially concludes, this set. At least, but I wouldn't want to use these five cards in any of the decks I make from this Set, anyway. lol
