Card Lore : When a Face-Up monster on your side of the Field is selected as an attack target by a non Legion-type monster, place 2 "Virgin Counters" on 1 monster your Opponent controls. When this monster is destroyed remove all "Virgin Counters" from the Field. Inflict 500 damage to your Opponent for each card destroyed this way. While this card is in this card is in the Graveyard it can attack monsters in your Opponent's Graveyard, any Damage inflicted this way is reduced by 500.

wow... that hurts my eyes for some reason...

Face-Up and Opponent do not have to be capitalized, I believe. I dont get the bolded part either. Are cards destroyed when Aphrodite leaves the field? there was no mention of this.
