This seems interesting, but doesn't summoning the monsters totally defeat the purpose with Eccentric Kid? (As well as in most cases, you end up -1ing yourself)

 

However, since you have 3 targets per kid, maybe

-2 Delta Attacker (never gonna happen)

-2 Dark Bribe

 

+2 Pot of Avarice

+2 Golden Sarcophagus

 

...also maybe replace the tomatoes with Flying Kamakiri #1.

The idea was to dump Shapesnatch with Eccentric for a Synchro, then use Birthright and Reckless Summon to get 3 Shapesnatches.
