Major OCG errors, actually just grammatical errors, and this card is underpowered for a Synchro monster. When the monster is summoned, it should be able to attack, because if its a four star monster, some of the cards destroyed were probably yours, and this one deserves to pay back for those losses.

Ignoring the ocg errors, I'm a fan of the effect.

 

Though, due to the wording on the card, is it correct that in addition to the tuner, the other Spellcaster-type monsters offered can be tuners as well?

 

The effect seems balanced enough except it should probably be "once per turn" for balance's sake.

OCG errors aside, this is going to be a great spellcaster summoner

 

I don't know if you need max spell counter limit to this or not

 

even with the drawback on the summoned monsters, they'll do well for synchro summoning anyway

 

but you have to keep the summoning to only once per turn
