Shaco
I like the effect, although, I'm undecided if it's too balanced towards your opponent I might bump up the LP gain a tad.
T3RA PROWL3R
Yeah, I thought so too. Your opponent could get out 2 Gene-Warped Warewolf in the same turn. How does 2000 sound?
Adogadog8
I think the pic is weird, like the lighting and stuff9/10 Creative effect.
T3RA PROWL3R
There is nothing wrong with the lighting. EDIT: Oh, you mean how the ligher part in the bottom-right hand corner contrasts with the top left?
Twin Seed
Image has a border, maybe remove that? Limit the card to like it only being on the field for 3 turns, it's too powerful otherwise. In other words, it's OP'd if you don't do that. "...While you control this face-up card, your opponent can...."
T3RA PROWL3R
How is it OP'd? You get Life Points, while your opponent gets an extra Summon.
Twin Seed
You get 1000 life points a turn. And the effect doesn't change the fact that your opponent can still only control 5 monsters. You could have like 40,000 life points and then use a card to destroy it, then use something like Lightning Vortex for your opponent's monsters. T3RA PROWL3R
Hm . . . Good point. I hadn't thought of that. I'll fix that right away.
-SupernovA-
For the effect, when I first read the name and looked at the picture, I was expecting an effect more along the lines of dealing damage equal to the amount of LP damage you took during your opponent's last turn. >_< Good effect anyway though. Twin Seed
Glad you see my point, can't wait to see the updated version.
T3RA PROWL3R
The effect is supposed to be: Once per turn during each of your Standby Phases, increase your Life Points by 2000. Your opponent can Normal Summon 2 monsters during each of his/her turns. This card is destroyed when there are 5 monster cards on your opponent's side of the field. Shaco
Although I do see DJ's point, I don't think that would be an issue. I, personally, have never thought to myself "Man, I wish my opponent didn't give me the chance to normal summon more than once per turn" And your opponent is more likely to abuse it than your are, imo. They can use the summons, then just smack your card away with MST or any of the myriad of S/T destruction out there. But, an edit that might sate DJ could be something along the lines of "Once per turn, during your opponent's Main Phase, they can Normal Summon 1 additional time. If they do, gain 1000 Life Points during your next Standby Phase" Though, I'm more partial to your wording, as normal summoning an additional time is pretty awesome for them, so it wouldn't hurt the balance, for me, if they didn't have the cards to benefit from it every turn. Dark Ω
Picture is sorta funny, but I like the effect, even though it's too simple. 8.9/
ragnarok1945
the LP gain isn't too critical personally I find this more of a help to your opponent than anything beneficial towards you 8/
