T3RA PROWL3R
This effect is way op'd. Your opponent looses a monster while you gain one. I'll still fix the OCG tho: Once per turn, you can select and destroy 1 monster on your side of the field and Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Dragon-Type monster from your hand or Deck. 4/10. It's too OP'd.
Lord Smeagle
Concept is good, but is very broken. Maybe something like "Once per turn, when you Tribute Summon a Level 7 or higher Dragon-Type monster, you can offer one of your opponent's monsters as one of the Tributes." That, or give your original effect a steep cost to keep it on the field. 1500 LP a turn, at least, 'cuz that's a killer effect.
έκλειψη
OP'd. ... "And now I summon Armityle the Chaos Phantom!!! Ha!" "I tribute it to Summon Red Eyes B. Chick..." "WTF?" Yeah, I think this needs some work. Perhaps you can tribute 1 of your monsters to boost up lower-level dragons?
Squirrel Girl
Ocg errors. Not so good imo (just dont like it, I dont wanna be mean by saying that) 7/
ragnarok1945
Oped as hell you gain a monster (although low level), your opponent loses a monster of ANY kind, and there's no cost to it 3/
