While this card is in face-up attack Position it is Treated as a Thunder-Type monster with 2200 ATK and 0 DEF.

[spoiler=Lore] This card can attack your opponent directly. During each of your End Phase put 1 Month Counter on this card (MAX. 12). Month Counters on this card can only be removed by this card effect. During your End Phase, if there is 12 Month Counters on this card return it to your hand and treat it as (Fairy-Type/FIRE/Level 7/ATK 2500/DEF 1450/Effect Monster) with the following effects:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 Fairy-Type monsters you control. You can remove 12 Month Counters from this card to have it attacking your opponent directly and returned to your hand.

[spoiler=Lore] This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. This card cannot attack. When this card is Tribute Summoned, you can remove from play 1 or more Fairy-Type monsters you control to have this card gain this effects:

This card can attack during the same Battle Phase as many times as the number of your removed from play Fairy-Type monsters. If this card attack your opponent directly return all your removed from play Fairy-Type monsters to your Graveyard and remove this card from play.

Minor OCG Errors, but not gonna try to fix them, as this is a set and these cards have long effects.

 

I like the concept of Ribbon Counters.

Nice cards! Some errors, like where you said FAIR in Winaze's effect instead of FIRE, but they are still pretty nice.

Well, usually, other posts have Spells and Traps also, But that doesn't matter. Just single out one or two of your favorite effects in the effect (lul), then use those instead of having those long-ass effects. Naw, I read them all. Well, I'm glad that you are trying to use original pictures. 8 is too good. Better than getting a 5 or 6. And also notice how it says

It would probably go up if you add Spell and Traps.

for the most part the OCG looks just fine for this set, nor is there anything wrong with the effects, so this set I'll give it 9.4/10
