DARKPLANT RISING
Rules: You post 1 monster. Must be a DARK Monster that supports or relies on DARK Monsters. It must also be LV 8 or higher. First to 3 votes wins. The winner gets 3 reps from the loser. 10 points to all voters. Votes must state why clearly, comparing each card. "I vote for Kenta" is unaccepted. "I vote for Kenta because his effect is more balanced blah blah" is accepted. Not that I think I'm going to definately win. START!!My Card (0)This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 2 DARK Monsters on your side of the field when there are more than 5 DARK Monsters in your Graveyard. Once per turn, by removing from play 2 DARK Monsters from your Graveyard, you can draw 1 card. By discarding 2 DARK Monsters, you can destroy all cards on the field except this card. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activated this effect. Exidorvis is a name I named for the sole purpose that it sounds strong and malicious. "X", "D", "V". All those sound cool, huh? Image credit to Jazin Kay. Opponent's Card (0)This card cannot be Special Summoned except by it's own effect. You can Special Summon this card from your hand when there is exactly 3 DARK monsters in your Graveyard. This card cannot attack unless you control 1 DARK monster besides this card. When this card is Special Summoned, add 1 Sin Shield Counter to all DARK monsters you control. As long as DARK monsters you control have a Sin Counter on them, they cannot be chosen as an attack target. Decrease the original ATK of this card for each card you control that has a Sin Shield Counter on it x300. If this card battles a monster in Defense Mode whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, you can discard 1 DARK monster from your hand to inflict Piercing Damage. Quirinus was a Roman warlord.I came up with the “Sin” part and in kind, colored the picture to represent the 7 sins of man; Wraith, Pride, Greed, Lust, Envy, Sloth, and Gluttony.Iodi is a completely made up word I thought sounded good.

-SupernovA-
I don't think it's a good idea to offer points for votes...they'll just vote without taking the cards into consideration. =-( I guess I don't mind though.
DARKPLANT RISING
It doens't matter who you vote for, you'll get the points nonetheless. But you have to have a specific reason for all votes.

Parion555
I vote for Kenta.Even if SuperNova's card has a more complex effect and the Sin part sounds cool,Kenta's card is a little more balanced because it's hard to be Summoned and even if you activate the effect to destroy all cards you cannot conduct your battle phase that turn and at SuperNova's card i see no drawback except the ATK decrese effect. So i guess my vote goes to Kenta. If you don't draw the card before you get 3 DARK monsters in your graveyard you cant use it unless you remove cards in your graveyard from play with a spell/trap, so actually mine is harder to summon since his is 5 or more. Thanks for voting! EDIT: Or revive them.
