Jace Beleren
If you control no Aqua-Type monsters on the field, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, you can select 1 face-up Aqua-Type monster you control, the selected monster is treated as a Tuner monster until the End Phase. as usual rate and comment+OCG fix
Von Csent
Nothing at all like the MTG card! It actually provides some Synchro support for Aqua. I am wondering if the level should drop, but it is probably fine as it is. 8/
Chaos Flame
One small fix, you don't need to say on the field. Its a nice card 9/

That Fat Guy
I like it. Aqua didn't really have any good tuners, right? Dunno if I like that it can select itself, however. Since decks that run no aqua type monsters now have an easy to summon level 4 tuner that ducks under bottomless. I'd have it unable to select itself. 6/

jayjack
That first part makes it OP. It can be summoned from hand in any non-Aqua deck. you should revise that. Other then that, it's pretty good. 8.2/

-Griffin
I can run it in any Deck I feel like, since 99% don't run Aquas, and it's a free Level 4 Tuner from my hand? Yeah, would probably be broken in Zero.
ragnarok1945
works just fine outside a WATER deck last effect makes it OPed as hell though, WAY too easy for synchro summoning, you need to give that last part a drawback 5/
Von Csent
I did not think about it outside an Aqua deck. It would be overpowered at that point.
