Birkeland
Except for Apep. He's more of an Attribute helper. [spoiler=Lore: Liberated Serpent]Each time a WATER monster is destroyed, place 1 Serpent Counter on this card (max. 5). When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon Level 4 or lower Sea Serpent-Type monsters from your Deck equal to the number of Serpent Counters on this card. [spoiler=Lore: World Destroyer Apep]Your opponent cannot select another FIRE monster you control as an attack target. If a FIRE monster you control would be destroyed, you can destroy 1 face-up FIRE monster you control instead. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, draw 1 card. [spoiler=Lore: Babyzilla]You can Tribute this card to draw 2 cards. When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 Dinosaur-Type monster from your Graveyard in face-up Attack Position. Its effect(s) is negated. [spoiler=Lore: Ocean Marquis Archfiend]1 WATER Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monstersWhen this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy all face-down Defense Position monsters. Face-up Sea Serpent-Type monsters you control cannot be destroyed by card effects. When a Sea Serpent-Type monster you control is sent to the Graveyard, inflict 500 damage to your opponent. Pics go to Genzoman and DarkSalvation; I felt the need for lizards; Ocean Marquis Archfiend is too OPed and it gets Archfiend support, but what Synchro Monster isn't OPed to begin with?; Comment, Rate, and Flame..or Drown...it's a pun
ragnarok1945
Liberated Serpent's summoning effect you need restrictions on the summoned monsters For Apep's effect to prevent itself from being destroyed, limit that effect to once per turn the rest of the effects are ok, as is the OCG, so I'll give this 8.5/
