Chapter 22.

2nd March, 2100

 

After Peter's victory, not much happened, the fans were cheering and chanting. Patrick now thinks of himself as a better duelist now, I still think not.

 

______________________Duel Dome/Duel Arena_____________________________

 

The crowd were all staring at the Turbo Dueling Field, waiting. Then Suddenly, Resna the Presenter walked up towards the seperate room where he anounces the event.

 

"Sorry to keep you waiting,"Resna apologised as he activated the randomater,"Next Duel is.......Sam Kaiba vs-"

 

"Yay !!!!!"The Crowd cheered, Sam Kaiba was Seto Kaiba's Great Grandson. Sam inherted Kaiba's Deck because his Father was murdered Last Month by a mystery and his Grandfather died of old age."SAM RULES!!!!!"

 

"Looks, like the Crowd is cheering for a better Duelist."Peter said depressed.

 

"Another Challenge,"Destruct gasped shocked.

 

"Why am I left with nothing to say,"I moaned.

 

"Oh, Sam Kaiba is playing against...."Resna forgot as he peered through,"Sanga Rouge,"

 

"BOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!"Someone shouted as more people continued,"This loser can't win."

 

"Whos he ?"Another Person asked.

 

"A Noob, who buys some time for him to do stuff,"Someone replied as he got comfused.

 

"YOU 3 YEAR OLD!!!"Sanga replied in anger,"Only 3 Year Olds call people Noobs, since the fact it's their only insult."

 

"You just called yourself an Noob,"laughed Someone as he made no sense.

 

"Fine,"Sanga exclaimed as he lept onto his Duel Runner, what was a Brown Small Moterbike with one big eye.

 

"You call that a Duel Runner,"Sam fluttered as he got onto his Duel Runner what was a Blue Eyes White Dragon,then he saw Sanga activate a card."Speed World 2 I see."

 

"Yeah !!!"The Crowd cheered.

 

"I start,"Sanga attempted to interupt.

 

"Turbo Duel Activate,"The Women on the machine answered,"3...2...1...GO!!!!"

 

"I Summon Sangan in Def Mode (1000/600)."Sanga muttered,"I end."

 

"You disgust and suprise me,"Sam insulted as he gained a Speed Counter,"I activate Speed Spell-Overboost (SC 5), then I remove 4 Speed Counters to inflict 800 Points of Damage for all Speed Spells in your Hand and since I have five Speed Spells in my hand you Lose 4000 Life Points !!!"

 

"NOOOO!!!!"Sanga whined in anger as a beam blasted off his Duel Runner (Sanga 0 Life Points).

 

"Far too easy,"Sam towered over Sanga laughing,"I didn't even get to use my Blue Eyes White Dragon....Ah Seto was the best."

 

"YEAH !!!!!"The Crowd agreed.

 

"Yugi was the best you tool,"Sanga squirmed as he flunted away.

 

"If im a Tool then you must be a...........Stick,"Sam replied as Sanga walked away in sorrow."My time to go."

"How did Sam Kaiba, get 6 Speed Spells in his hand in one big go while he knew the other guy would use SW2 ???"I wondered puzzled.

 

"Don't know,"Destruct replied also puzzled."I would of had a chance if England Academy didn't invite him in the Tournement."

 

"That Guy....Stole my fans."Peter sank in anger,"When I duel him, if I get to....I will not have Mercy."

 

"Next Duel....Rex Rabertes vs Mac Guiness,"Resna exclaimed.

 

"The Duel !!!"I reacted as I ran towards the Arena.

"Auric's prediction states that Mac will win,"Zakria grined."With the others getting ready Im the only one supporting Mac."

 

"LETS DUEL !!!"We both shouted not noticing Zakria, Mac was in a Duel Runner that looked like Despair From The Dark, since I didn't have much time on buying a Duel Runner I had a Green One.

"I'll start with SPEED WORLD 1,"I exclaimed."I set 1 Face Down Def Mode Monster and end my turn,"

 

Mac will easily end this, Zakria thought as he grinned.

 

"I activate Call of the Mummy,"Mac played as a beam from the Duel Runner launched out the air and slashed him (SC 1)(Mac 2000 Life Points),"I hate those rules, anyway this card Special Summons Despair From The Dark in Atk Mode (2800/3000), I Normal Summon Regenerating Mummy in Atk Mode (1800/1500),"

 

"Looks like Mac Guiness summoned 2 powerful monsters in 1 turn after risking the 2000 points of damage from Speed World 1,"Desna explained.

 

"Yes, now Regenerating Mummy attack Rex's Face Down Monster,"Mac ordered as the Mummy rampaged and slashed the mystery card, as it appeared to be Commando Synchron,"DFTD attack Rex directly (Rex 1200 Life Points),"

 

"ARGHHH !!!"I slammered as my Duel Runner lost a wheel causing it to suffer.

 

"OHHH looks like Mac is going to win this one,"Desna started as the crowd remained silent.

 

"T-H-I-S, must be a Shadow Duel,"I coughed as my Duel Runner's wheel somehow jumped into where it should be, then the Duel Runner contiuned to gain control.

 

"Correct,"Mac smiled,"Well since I hold Gemini, a Zodiac Stone, this is a Zodiac Shadow Duel, the 2nd worst kind of Shadow Duel."

 

"My turn anyway,"I drew (SC 1),"I Summon Brave Warrior in Atk Mode (1600/1000), he gains a Brave Counter and I discard Regener so I gain 300 Life Points for each Monster on the Field (Rex 2100 Life Points),"

 

Pointless to me, Mac will win this turn, this makes little sense, Zakria clearly thought.

 

"My turn, Now Despair From the Dark attack Brave Warrior now !"Mac ordered as DFTD launched it's arms and crushed Brave Warriori(SC 2) (Rex 900 Life Points),"Now Regenerating Mummy, attack Rex directly,"

 

"I remove a Brave Counter to Special Summon Brave Warrior back (1600/1000)(Rex 700 Life Points), but I still lose a Speed Counter from the impact before (SC 0)."I explained as Mac sudden frowned.

 

"Still, explain to me why you decided to put your Brave Warrior in Atk Mode,"Mac wondered.

 

"Brave Warrior only gains a Counter when Face Up,"I replied,"Now that it's my turn , I'll win."

 

"Im still comfused,"Mac insulted.

 

"I gain a Speed Counter since it's past my Standby (SC 1), next I activate Speed Spell Overboost, so I gain 4 Speed Counters (SC 5), next I activate Speed Spell Dead Synchron, I remove my Commando Synchron and Brave Warrior from play to Special Summon Commando Warrior in Atk Mode (2800/300)(SC 0), since Regenerating Mummy is a Zombie, I can Decrease it's attack by 500 (1300/1500), to Increase my Commando Warrior's Atk by 500 (3300/300)."I smiled,"This Shadow Game is over Brave Warrior attack Regenerating Mummy,"

 

"Impossible, my Destiny was to win,"Mac shouted as Regenerating Mummy exploded (Mac 0 Life Points), then the Zodiac Stone Gemini turned Dark and vanished in the Shadows with Mac.

 

No Way ! Zakria thought in suprise as he walked away.

 

"Looks like Rex Rabertes, is advancing to the next Round, the Quater Finals, you know our 4 contenders so far.......Baron, Peter, Sam and Rex...Lets see the next 4."

 

___________________________Zodiac Hideout/Hall Of Despairs_______

 

"Master !"Zakria anounced to Auric,"Mac has fallen, hes in the Dungeon's with Brian while Gemini is lost."

 

"Perfect,"Auric suddenly smiled as Zakria was shocked.

 

"What !"Zakria replied.

 

"You will learn in due time,"Auric started to explain as he pointed to the door,"Leave for now, lead the others and make sure nobody gets defeated."

 

"Ok,"Zakria bowed as he left.

 

"2 of the 12 Stones Of Zodiac, have been put in the alter."Auric contiuned to smiled,"This might take a while, but soon all 12 will be sacrificed to revive Zodiac."
