I think this card is UPed. You need about 10 DARK monsters in the Graveyard to make the player even consider playing this card. Also, I can see 1 OCG error, where you said "Both player's graveyards". You can just say the Graveyard. Thats all you need.

I also agree you could make it a a bit more of ATK boost, maybe 300 or 400.

Otherwise nice. I correct myselfs, you need to boost it as it is a tribute monster, it needs at least 15 cards in both graveyard to make it 3000 which can be quite the amount to have if your opponent doesn't run a DARK deck so I think 300 is just fine, I think 400 can be fair, too, since 4 DARK monster, in a proper deck even if you have your whole deck milled, you can use it's effect only 6 times max, and that is too assume, you have 24 monsters, all dark in, so it is neither so well playable with Lightsworns, nor can it play togather with DAD.

I think this card is way to OPED, because in the graveyard, if both players were running DARK decks, and it was late in the game, this card is unstoppable with the negate effect thing too. Although i do agree that if its early, this card sucks.

You can't just say Graveyard....I hate it when cards arn't specific enough, causes arguements when you're dueling, so that part is fine. So that's not an OCG error it's just preference.

That's way too steep of a cost, especially for a monster with such weak stats and will take WAY too long to reach strong stats
