Rise of Tartarus Deck

This are a few cards I made for a special deck. The deck is called Rise of Tartarus. The deck consists on discreasing the ATK of your opponents monsters. With that your monsters become very strong. I think this deck is a bit overpowered, and I dont know if to put this into realistic cards since some pics dont look like yugioh cards but still.

NOTE: NOT 40 CARDS ITS JUST TO SHOW THEM!

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by tributing 3 ¨Tartarian¨ Monsters.

When this card is summoned, activate 1 of the following effects

1: Discrease the ATK of all monsters on your opponents side of the field by 500 points.

2: Discrease the DEF of all monsters on your opponents side of the field by 500 points.

When this card is destroyed by battle, select 1 monster on the field. That monster loses 500 ATK and DEF.

As long this card remains face up on the field, discrease the DEF of all monster except ¨Tartarian¨ Monsters by 500 points.

As long this card is face up on your side of the field, discrease the ATK of all monsters except ¨Tartarian Monsters¨ By 200 points.

when this card is tribute summoned, select 1 monster on the field. as long this card remains face up on the field, discrease the ATK and DEF of the selected monster by 200 points during each of your end phases.

A monster battling this card loses 500 ATK during the damage step only, When this card attacks change it to defence position at the end of the damage step. the possition cannot be changed during your next turn, except with a card effect.

A monster Which ATK or DEF is Lower than its original ATK or DEF cannot attack this card.

This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:

increase the ATK of all FIRE monsters by 200 and discrease their DEF by 200

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by removing from play 3 tartarian monster cards in your graveyard. A monster battling this card loses 700 ATK during the damage step only.

Tartarian End Fighter + Blue-Eyes White Dragon.

A fusion summon of this card can only be conducted with the above fusion material monsters (You do not use polymarization) Destroy all monsters on the field except this card, you cannot summon any Tartarian monster as long as this card is face up on the field.

Add 1 level 4 or lower Tartarian monster from your deck to your hand. Your deck is then shuffled.

Discrease the ATK of all face up monsters on the field by 200 until the end phase.

Add 1 Tartarus World from your deck to your hand, then shuffle your own deck.

Activate only when 3 or more tartarian monster cards on your side of the field have been destroyed by battle in the same turn, special summon Tartarian emperror from your deck or graveyard ignoring the summoning conditions.

2X

Discrease the ATK adn DEF of all monsters except tartarus monsters by 200. If this card would be destroyed, you can offer 1 Tartarus Emperror instead.

When Tartarus world is destroyed, destroy all monsters on the field except tartarian monsters.

Yeah pretty overpowered. im going to discrease their ATK quite alot. when you read this you know i changed it.
