This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 3 or more Fairy-Type monsters on the field or Graveyard. For every extra Fairy-Type monster you removed this card gains 300 ATK and 150 DEF.

 

Once per turn you can discard 1 Insect-Type monster from your hand to the Graveyard, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly.

 

When your opponent has 2 or more monsters on his/her side of the field and you have none, then you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is destroyed, as result of battle you can draw 3 cards from your Deck.

 

Once per turn you can draw 1 card from your Deck. If the card you draw is a Spell Card you can attack your opponent's Life Points directly.

hehhe op'd dosent specify where to rfg mons from and it dosent say where "the ultimate evil" has to be Special Summoned from..so anywhere in the game if your opponent used a phantom scourge trick you can pull this outta your deck for easy beatstick epic i know..idk someone would prolly find a more cheesy useful way to use such a card 6/10

This card belongs in Pop Culture. But yeah, the effect is easy to understand... kinda. But I think you ment:

Because if not, you could remove the monsters that your opponent control, making it Major OP.
