DARK shutdown

So I saw the image, and an idea sprang into my head. Here it is.

Lore:

1 Warrior-Type Tuner + 1 or more LIGHT non-Tuner monsters

This card inflicts Piercing Damage. Damage inflicted to the controller of a DARK monster is doubled. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, effects of all DARK monsters on the field are negated. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can Tribute 1 LIGHT monster to destroy 1 DARK monster on the field with a Level equal to or lower than the Tributed monster, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's ATK. If you activate this effect, you must skip your Battle Phase.[/align]

 

This card's primary use is to shut down an opponent's DARK monster themed deck. I realize its potential to be OPed, but oh well.

that's going to be a killer since so many Decks are DARK decks

 

"Once per turn, during your Battle Phase, you can Tribute 1 LIGHT monster to destroy 1 DARK monster on the field with a Level equal to or lower than the Tributed monster, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's ATK." <---for this, you should add in the drawback of NONE of your monsters can attack when that effect is activated, not just this card, or it'll get OPed
