You can only activate this card if you control only "Fortune Lady" moster. You can Special Summon 1 "Fortune Lady" fom your Deck and your opponent can Special Summon 1 monster from their hand

in the first card, I specify that the monster and the card are returned to the deck

for the first card the monster should be removed from play since you can special summon it from hand deck or graveyard. also i think the OCG should read "...When the summoned monster is selected as an attack target by a higher ATK monster or a card effect, negate it and return this card and the selected monster to the Deck...." but that's my personal opinion.

The OCG Fails.

 

Once per turn during your Main Phase 2, you can Special Summon a Spellcaster-Type monster from your hand, Deck or Graveyard. When the Special Summoned monster is selected as a target for an Attack or a card effect, negate it and return the Special Summoned monster to your hand.

 

I changed the last effect because I felt that it was OP'd since you get the Spell back also.

 

 

You can only activate this card if you control only 1 "Fortune Lady" monster. You can Special Summon 1 "Fortune Lady" monster fom your Deck and your opponent can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from their hand.

 

I added the Level 4 or lower. Unless, you wanted your opponent to Special Summon Blue-Eyes White Dragon.

 

 

Select 2 face-up "Fortune Lady monsters you control and switch their Levels. Draw 2 cards from your Deck. If a "Fortune Lady" monster card is drawn, you can Special Summon it.

 

The first effect is overall useless, unless Fortune Ladies focus on that sort of stuff (I know atleast raising their Levels). Second effect is OP'd, as you can Draw AND Special Summon.
