Saiba Aisu
Hello, everyone. So, anyways, I have recently decided to focus on extending my cardmaking work for my current writing project, Days of the Black Apple. In this case, I decided to give you guys a sneak peak at another of the many Japanese-styled cards cards which will be featured in my current writing project, Days of the Black Apple. This card is further support to the Deck which featured Elemental Empress Chiko. As always, your comments and suggestions are appreciated. === Elemental Empress Mizuko - Original Image by Zeiva; Edited by Alcander & Saiba Aisu. Elemental Empress MizukoLevel 8WaterSpellcaster-Type/EffectATK 2400 / DEF 2000You can Special Summon this card from your hand by Tributing 2 WATER monsters on either side of the field. Each time a Spell Card is activated, gain 800 Life Points. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can destroy a number of Spell or Trap Cards your opponent controls equal to or less than the number of "Elemental Empress" monsters you control. This card cannot declare an attack during the turn this effect is activated.

ragnarok1945
"You can Special Summon this card from your hand by Tributing 2 WATER monsters on either side of the field" <---this I find on the OPed end. I'd keep the 2 WATER monster tribute, but at least one of them has to come from your end. other than that, it's like a continuous Mobius's effect, which I like it 9.1/
Saiba Aisu
Okay, I'll do my best to address everyone's comments in order, one at a time. Inferno: Thanks, I'm glad you like the card. And yeah, she's pretty balanced, but still quite useful in most situations. I appreciate the comment! Spikeball: Hey, thank you! I'm glad you can appreciate the work that went into forming this card. You're flattering me with a perfect rating. Ragnarok: Uh, didn't you comment on Elemental Empress Chiko, as well? She also has the "either side of the field" lore. It's not overpowered at all - if you're to get any advantage on the opponent, it has to be done by tributing the opponent's monsters. Even then, you have to depend on the opponent to be running an almost uniform Attribute. Also, Water monsters aren't big right now, so that's not a problem at all. Thanks for the high rating, and yep, the Elemental Empresses share plenty of similarities with the Monarchs. More comments, please!
-DOOM
Powerful, and useful card. OCG is perfect.... again xD Good Job! I like how you can summon it, the rest is kinda boring though. Not bad, don't missunderstand me please^^
Guest Ixigo
Lovin' the picture. But power-wise, she's not as strong. As I said, I wouldn't run any of them without a dedicated Deck and DNA Transplants, but I'm looking forward to what you have in mind for the concept. Saiba Aisu
Okay, I will address everyone's comments one at a time in order. HP Doom: I'm glad you like it, then, if only a little, lol. What do you find "boring" about her, if I might ask? Thanks for the semi-compliments, as well. Ixigo: Yeah, I'm also quite fond of it. Alcander did an excellent job with the render I gave him. And no, she's not overly powerful, but a regular -1 on the opponent's Spell and Traps is quite useful. Also, I have something else in mind for boosting this archetype, don't worry. Thanks for the comments! More please!

I know it's hard to always come up wth something unique and new, probably all of my cards are boring as well. That's 1 thing, and the card is not offending, it's not attention seeking since it's so perfectly balanced xD Anyways, it's still good. Only a tad boring IMO. Saiba Aisu
Well, I thought that the combination of destruction, Special Summoning, and Life Point gaining would be pretty useful and unique, but if that's how you feel, then it's fine. And okay, so long as it's balanced, I'm not too worried. More comments, please!
Max.
This card has its advantages and disadvantages, Advantages-LP gain is nice, and you can destroy a Spell/Trap,Thats good. Disadvantages-Low ATK and DEF. Overall,Well Done. 9.4/
Yang Xiao-Long
I really like this card! Although the stats are bit low, the effect makes up for it (sorta like Stardust Dragon). Life Point gain is nice, as well as the Spell and Trap destruction. Nice pic! 10/10Nice Card!
Alcander
it's OP'ed IMO, it's very well done, another perfect Jap card xD as I expected from you... welll... let's talk about her effect... As Ragnarok said above that's the OP'ed effect and I would have added something more dynamic instead of the LP Gain, like some game with tokens or counter... IDK still this is very well done except for the OP'ed effect, OCG is great as always.9/
Saiba Aisu
Okay, lots of comments. I will do my best to address everyone's comments one at a time, in order. Cornholio: Yep, it's a card that's pretty well-balanced in most of its aspects. Gaining Life Points is always usual, especially when it's for something as common as a Spell Card being activated, while skipping an attack for archetype specific Spell/Trap destruction is nice, as well. Thanks for the high rating! Superjunior: Haha, thanks! I'm glad you like the card, and it's an honor to have her compared to something as useful and powerful as Stardust Dragon, although I'm not exactly certain what comparison you're trying to draw. xD Thanks for the perfect rating! Alcander: Hm, do you realy think so? I've posted this card on United Duel Academy, and nearly everyone's replied saying that she's grossly underpowered... I'm glad you can appreciate the aesthetics, although, as usual, they're up to my regular standards. Well, the Special Summon effect really isn't that powerful - for starters, it basically requires your opponent to be running an Attribute specific Deck before you can get any serious advantage, and in most cases that would be limited to Blackwings, Flamvells, and Lightsworn. Also, the gain 800 Life Points effect is one that all of the Elemental Empresses have in common. Thanks for your helpful comment, fantastic editing, and high rating... I'm currently rendering Fire as we speak. xD More comments, please!

I have cool effects in mind!
Saiba Aisu
Lol, I'm just trying to say that her utility (because she is a WATER monster) won't be very high, since WATER monsters aren't big in top tiers right now. And yep, I finished her, so go check your PMs! More comments, please!

Saiba Aisu
Oh, I see. Well, it'd take a lot of work to edit the card's text suitably, but if you have any suggestions on changes to her, I'll be sure to take them into consideration. More comments, please!
