Pretty Darn good, love the pic, for the first time of liking a pic. It may be a tiny bit over powered to others; to me, I think its underpowered. But anyhow, I give you a 9/10.

Change the "Both players draw a random card" to "Both players draw 2 cards, then discard 1", after all, there are 2 cards on your pic, and the "Discard effect" can be used for DARK decks focusing on cards like DAD, DRD or other cards like that :P

Just a suggestion though :)

Its good but the effect specifies that you draw a "random" card from your deck. That's not possible to draw a random card from your deck since the card you draw is random. If you're going for it that you get a card from your deck instead of drawing the top card of your deck, then it should just read: "Both players select a card from their Deck, and then flip a coin." Also, you need to add the parentheses around "except this card". Other than minor OCG errors, it's very playable. 9/10

I just wonder, how is it not possible to draw a random card. I mean, I would rather have said 'a card'. But, you can draw any card, and any is also defined as random.

You can't "draw" a random card from your deck. You can "add" a random card from your deck.

Maybe this will clear up this mess :P

for the heads tails effect you should make it a gain/loss effect

 

yours is gain/gain, since either result means there will be attacking

 

besides, what happens if the monster levels are the same?
