This card can only be Summoned by having more than 3 LIGHT monster in your graveyard. Once per turn you can remove from play 1 LIGHT monster from you're graveyard, this card gains 1000 ATK and 500 Def. All dragon type monsters on your side of the field gain 800 ATK

During the End Phase of a turn in which this card sends another monster to the graveyard as a result of battle, you may tribute this card to Special Summon one "Shining Star Lvl 5" from your deck or graveyard

Once per turn, you can discard one Monster Card from your hand to your graveyard to send to the graveyard one monster with an ATK equal or less than the ATK of the card discarded. During the End Phase of a turn in which this card sends another monster to the graveyard as a result of battle, you may tribute this card to Special Summon one "Shining Star Lvl 7" from your hand or deck.

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. this card can only be special summoned by the effect of shining star lvl 5, Once per turn, you can discard one Monster Card from your hand to your graveyard to send to the graveyard one monster with an ATK equal or less than the ATK of the card discarded. During the End Phase of a turn in which this card sends another monster to the graveyard as a result of battle, you may tribute this card to Special Summon one "Shining Star Lvl 10" from your hand or deck.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing one "Shining Star Lvl 7" on your side of the field. As long as this card is face-up on your side of the field, increase the ATK and DEF of all LIGHT attribute monsters you control by 1000 (Except this card).

"Shining Star Lvl 7" + "Shining Star Lvl 10"

As long as this card is face-up on the field, increase the ATK of all LIGHT attribute monsters on your side of the field by 1000 and decrease their DEF by 500. (Except this card).

Select 1 Monster Card from either your opponent's or your own Graveyard and place it on your side of the field regardless of its effect in Attack or Defense Position. This is considered a Special Summon.

first card is not a real fusion card, so make it an effect monster

 

LIGHT attribute should be LIGHT, and that goes for all your other attribute monsters as well

 

there's many capitalization errors, but it looks like you're still new at this, so I'll give you 6.5/10 for a reasonable start

once again thanks for the help, and I know I'm thinking of adding two dragon monsters to go with it, and I joined 2009 so I'm not that new I just have not been on this site in forever.
