Hello all, I made a new set of cards. These are meant to be something like a BW, LS, and GB set. Something that can be a good Deck, and challenge others.

 

I hope you all enjoy my "Lightning" set.

[spoiler=Effect]If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, you can decrease the ATK of this card by any amount until the End Phase. Increase the ATK of a "Lightning" monster you control by an equal amount until the End Phase. Monsters other than the selected monster cannot attack this turn. Destroy the selected monster during the End Phase.

When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can destroy all monsters on the field with a lower ATK than this cards ATK. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect. When a "Lightning" monster you control would be destroyed. you can Tribute 1 other "Lightning" monster you control instead.

You can Tribute 1 Thunder-Type monster you control to negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that would destroy this card on the field, and destroy that card.

for Sacred Orb, "instead of drawing" should be "instead of conducting your Draw Phase"

 

for Righteous Strike, negating the special summoned monster's effects PERMANENTLY is a bit too much

 

shame Vizor of the Mist has no effects while on the field

 

but overall, this set remains superb, so I'll give it 9.2/10

Well these definitely set themselves apart from the other cards that have been posted lately (being actually good I mean).

 

It's weird how people post on the threads that have crummy cards in them but neglect the good ones because there isn't much to correct...

I <3 people who put each card into a spoiler, much cleaner and it doesn't constantly drag your screen upward whenever one loads and you're trying to scroll down.

Not bad set. I like the pics, good effects, not totaly OPed, definately one of the better sets I have seen.

I tried to make it so the effects would be fast and strong, but not scary, ya know? :D

I want the "Vortex Shocker"s supporting eachother as well.

 

But overall they support eachother very well. You have some OCG errors, but since I understand th effects, that might not be that important, though I think OCG is quite important if you are to be a Legendary Card Maker (don't know if you are one though)...

those a pretty good cards. i've always liked thunder monsters. scattered storm has a few errors and im dont understand lightning vizor of the mist's effect. other than that this set is good. 9/10

Really? What errors? Please tell me, lol

 

As for Vizor,

Instead of normally tribute summoning it, you can summon it, have it on the field, THEN send a monster to the graveyard. That effect takes advantage of Scatter Storm, as Vizor's effect is sending it to the Graveyard. Understand? :D

 

It's sort of this sets version of BW Black Whirlwind and Swallow's Nest.

Ya, I they sort of do work together, double can bring back vortex.

If they worked together perfectly, that would almost overpower the set some.

I like BW and how strong they can become by their ability to swarm the field. And these work together very well.
