2400 original ATK with only a -300 change each attack and 1900 defense? That's a bit OP is it not? (2400 → 2100 → 1800; that's pretty decent for at least 3 turns). Further, if you're gonna have 4-star, 2400 ATK with little consequence, give it near 0 defense. (3/10)

 

Also, by the time the ATK hits 0, the card would have been off the field for at least 4 turns. That second effect is literally pointless at the given rate. -_-

 

Either:

 

- Give it less original attack and/or increase the rate in which it loses ATK points and/or change the attack loss timing to every end phase (or some phase).

 

- Give it one attack: "2400/0; When this card attacks, after the Damage Step, remove this card from play." (Rough OCG.)

 

(EDIT: Missed the 1900 defense, oi oi...)

I'd say, if you wanted to keep his effect the way it is, lower his ATK stat to say 2200. This would still let him be an early heavy swing but after his first attack he's at 1900, which is a little more balanced.

 

You could also change his DEF stat to something lower like 1700 and have it so after each attack he gains 200-300 DEF, so after an attack or two he can still make an average wall, if need be.

 

The pic really should be changed though.
