This isn't a real card - but if it was.

Lay them so your opponent does it - and then flip up Taiyou for Nurse Reficule - or flip BRtS.

And BANG the Game is Gone.

And Taiyou isn't a quickplay like Moon.

My bad lol... Checked up on the card, it doesn't do that. Only when your opponent activates a Spell card. Still, the hilarity if it did target your spells too just makes my day.

And there is probably a few hundred 4/less card OTKs in Yugioh right now, but they clearly don't cause problems. Unless you can show me that the combo you mentioned is consistent enough to be a major problem, you can't really call it OP'd on that basis alone.

Why aren't you just using Exodia? Testing is usually needed, but I think it's clear that, as an OTK, that isn't a problem.

Celestial cuts the OTK down to 7 cards, still way above Exodia.

Sure, a Deck could be built for it.

It would still be tier 7 for inconstancy, since this, Celest and Saturn are neigh-unsearchable and there are so many 3/4 card OTKs, or even 1/2 depending on how you count setup.
