if you would post the effect in a spoiler, I could fix it. I just don't want to have to rewrite the whole thing.

OCG issues I can see, but I can't re-write it all. But the easy ones to fix: "face up" = "face-up" - the dash is important. There is some basic punctuation error I can see, but as I said I won't fix it unless you post the Card Lore.

 

Pic is alright, not great though. Effect seems balanced and interesting.

 

Rating: 6/10 - OCG errors dulls the rating a lot and even though its balance and good, its dull and unoriginal. Sorry.
