This card cannot be Special Summoned except by tributing 9 monsters including 1 Tuner with more then 1900 atk in your deck/field and paying 1100 Life Points.This card revives all dark, wind, and Fire monsters from your graveyard and increases their atk and def by 900.This card can reverse Time or speed up time by one turn at any time.This card's atk and def is determined by 9 monsters of the player's choice.
