My first set - The Chronomancers.

This set contains many LIGHT Spellcaster-types, and a few Spell Cards, all of which are specific to only Chronomancer cards. Almost every card has the ability to have "Time Counters", which are the same as "Spell Counters", placed on them. These "Time Counters" can be removed to activate the card's effect.

This monster gains 100 ATK for each monster with "Chronomancer" in its name on your side of the field.

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, monsters with "Chronomancer" in their names that you control that have a Time Counter(s) cannot be destroyed by card effects.

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent cannot select another monster with "Chronomancer" in its name that you control. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, draw 1 card.

Each time your opponent summons a monster, put 1 Time Counter on this card (max. 2). You can remove 2 Time Counters from this card to destroy 1 face-up monster your opponent controls.

When your opponent activates a Spell Card, you can place 1 Time Counter on this card (max. 2). You can remove 2 Time Counter from this card to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster with "Chronomancer" in its name from your Graveyard.

Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can pay 600 Life Points to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster with "Chronomancer" in its name from your hand and place 1 Time Counter on it.

During your Standby Phase, place 1 Time Counter on this card (max. 2). You can remove 2 Time Counters from this card to have this card attack your opponent directly.

Once per turn, during your opponent's End Phase, place 1 Time Counter on this card (max. 3). By tributing this card with 3 Time Counters on it, all monsters on your side of the field with "Chronomancer" in their names gain 500 ATK.

Each time you successfully summon a monster with "Chronomancer" in its name, excluding this card, place 1 Time Counter on this card (max. 3). By removing 3 Time Counters from this card, your opponent cannot select a monster with "Chronomancer" in its name as an attack target for 2 of your opponent's turns.

When this card is successfully summoned, put 1 Time Counter on a face-up card that you can put a Time Counter on. When this card is destroyed by a result of battle, put 1 Time Counter on a face-up card that you can a Time Counter on.

Each time this monster inflicts Battle Damage, you can add 1 Level 4 or lower monster with "Chronomancer" in its name from your deck to your hand.

You can Tribute Summon this card in face-up Attack Position by Tributing 2 monsters with "Chronomancer" in their name. Each time a Spell Card is activated, place 1 Time Counter on this card. You can remove 1 Time Counter from this card to negate the activation of a Spell or Trap Card that targets a monster with "Chronomancer" in it's name, and destroy it.

Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster with "Chronomancer" in its name from your Deck or Graveyard.

Activate only while you control a monster with "Chronomancer" in its name. Inflict 200 damage to your opponent for each monster with "Chronomancer" in its name you control. If this card is in your Graveyard, you can add it to your hand instead of conducting your normal draw during your Draw Phase.

Each time a Time Counter is placed on a monster with "Chronomancer" in its name, place 1 Time Counter on this card. When a card with a Time Counter(s) is destroyed, place its Time Counters on this card. Once per turn, if you would activate a card's effect by removing a Time Counter(s) from cards you control, you can remove Time Counters from this card instead. If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 1 Time Counter from this card instead.

You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard by removing 8 Time Counters from a "Crescent Citadel of Time" you control. If this card is Special Summoned this way, place 3 Time Counters on this card and 1 Time Counter on every monster on your side of the field with "Chronomancer" in it's name. For every monster with "Chronomancer" in its name that is in your Graveyard, place 1 Time Counter on this card (max. 8 ). You can remove 8 Time Counters from this card to destroy all Magic and Trap cards your opponent controls and have this card attack your opponent directly. If this effect is activated, this card is removed from play.

This looks to be shaping into a great set, but it looks half finished. You called them Chronomancers then gave them no related abilities. Maybe you could make a couple cards that work off the turn count, then make cards that change the turn count. So, this as is gets a 7/10, and thats only because every picture looks related to the rest.
