Some... OCG Errors? All of them has 1... o_o Pointing out a few ( maybe ):

[spoiler=OCG?]Chaos Destruction Dragon : ( How much damage exactly? ) During your Standby Phase, discard 1 card. Then inflict damage to your opponent equal to number of cards in your hand x ????

Inferno Flame Wing : During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. ( I copied it from Ancient Gear Golem's effect.... )

Mother Rock Dragon : Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Rock-Type monster from your ... ( Deck or Hand? Or Both? ) Then, decrease this card's ATK equal to the Special Summoned monster's DEF.

Golden Horned Lung : When this card is successfully Synchro Summoned with a LIGHT monster ( Monster or Tuner? >_>V ) , return all Spell and Trap Cards on the the field to their owner's hand.

Frozen Artic Dragon : Select 1 face - down card on the field . ( Once per turn? or not? and the following descriptions refers to a face - down Spell or Trap card... Correct me if I'm wrong. ) That card cannot be activated until your next Main Phase 1. Inflict 400 points of damage for every face - down Spell and/or Trap Cards on your opponent's field. ( When does this happen exactly? ) . This card cannot change its battle position. ( Not even by a card effect? )

What do you mean? Do you have trouble finding pics?

Pics for first 2 are rather overused. DeviantART, Magic Deck Vortex and Jazin Kay's Image Archive are good places.

 

Also, the second effect is weird. inflicts damage to your opponent equal to the number of cards in your hand?

 

A: I activate Chaos Destruction Dragon's effect!! Inflict 3 damage to your opponent!!

B: You are weird for sure.

 

Inferno Flame Wing is too wing, and up'ed (Underpowered). It needs another effect. Not to mention the existance of Evil Hero Inferno Wing.

 

Mother Rock Dragon needs to state where. Deck, possibly? And the decreasing is unneeded, it would be UP'ed then.

 

The last one is better as LV 6. Way too UP'ed for synchro.

 

Overall 7/10, nice for a newby through. My first card was "Po, Lord of Searing Skootahs" (a pun on Uria).
