ATK, SpA and Spe are so horrid that you can't even manage to do damage to something. It has some cool gimmick moves, and it can use Wish somewhat well. But honestly, unless you really need it for a single purpose (Wish, Mean Look, Baton Pass), it's useless. I'd pass it up for Blissey if you want Wish. And Baton Pass isn't a big thing in OU, or even UU. TTar and Houndoom come to mind first when I think of strong Dark-types. Get from friend is useless, and the only time it was used was for Secret Key in Platinum. Get from wireless is only if you go to Gamestop events, and if you have WiFi you might as well snag 'em from Serebii people. Get from WiFi is the most important for us. You just hit it, and if you have a WiFi connection (and if there is an event running), you get the item. I updated my sig with my SoulSilver FC. Just sayin'. One of my older Umbreon's that I used (I have like 3) had Toxic and MoonLight. Annoyed my friends so dang hard. They had to use an Uber with a huge attack to kill it (My friends aren't that good...but use cheats...not the 999 stats or any move...but wonder guard on Spiritomb, but FireFang just passes that) My current Umbreon has Baton Pass/ Wish/ Mean Look/ Toxic, but I might replace Toxic for something else... Oh, and Dark. I one day had the idea (cuz I never saw a video of it) with Skarmory. If you can set up a Stealth Rock, and then were capable of getting Skarmory to use spikes once or such, 2 Agilities, then use Whirlwind repeatedily? Do you think you could keep on doing this for a while, damaging or even fainting many of your opponents pokemon? Thoughts? Skarmory - moveset -(Agility/Whirlwind/Spikes/Roost) Oh and Zeo? The only problem is that Whirlwind has -1 priority. Which means that it goes after any normal move. So even while you'd have a high speed, you'd still be going last.
